After a long sleepless night spent crying and having bad dreams Natalie was dreading college that day, her mom came into her room and, after changing her diaper she placed her into her chair. After the straps were tightened she placed a blanket over her waist and legs to cover up her diaper. Natalie was mortified as her mom combed her hair and brushed her teeth for her. Natalie didn’t even bother to put some makeup on, she knew she would cry it all off.

She was placed into the back of the special car her mom had loaned and driven to college, she was met there by her friends who wheeled her into her first class. People stared at her the whole way, she could cope with the cast as she knew that people had seen casts on a lot of other students although none of them as big as hers but the halo brace and diaper she couldn’t cope with. People just stared and whispered in front of her face. It got worse when in her first class the lecturer told her that he believed she may benefit by using the college’s remedial learning section, she would be with other disabled students and would be able to learn at her own pace. She argued that she wasn’t disabled but had to give in when she realised that she couldn’t keep the same speed as the other students, she couldn’t write properly as she could not bend forward and the sheer size of her cast and halo brace was distracting the other students. She promised herself that she would not come back tomorrow no matter what her mom said, it was too humiliating. She didn’t have to stay, she was 19 and able to leave when she wanted too.

As she was wheeled to the remedial learning centre she felt her old life drifting away from her and wished she had never seen the Scoliosis nurse.

Brooke was excited as she made her way to work that morning, she had decided to ask Dr Collins for a long leg cast, she would ask him to do it that night. She knew she could continue to work whilst in a long leg cast and couldn’t wait to feel so immobilised, as she entered the facility she smiled at the Michael who was tending to Britney and wondered why he was so obsessed with her, he just lingered over her although she felt sorry for the poor girl, she had been in complete traction and she could see that the poor girl was in pain.

Going through the day’s mail and new files she noticed that the hospital were sending some more patients over to the facility and wondered what treatments they would need. Dr Collins was going to be very busy.

Britney was in so much pain, the complete traction that she was in held her completely immobile and the plastic brace that held her from her stomach to the top of her chest was hurting her back, her large breasts were held firmly in place and she wished she could move or something, she just wanted to be able to communicate with someone, the tracheotomy she had been given prevented that and Michael was creeping her out, he just stared at her and she didn’t like it. He lingered too long when changing her diaper and stroked her face while she pretended to sleep, she spent her days just listening to what was going on around her. She wished she could at least sit up but she was lying flat on her back with metal rods holding her frail body in place. She knew that when the period of traction ended she would probably be in a full body cast but surely that would be better than this, right?

Jessica was sat happily watching television whilst thinking about the baby she was carrying, her days didn’t really change that much, she would like to see more of Dr Collins but the facility was getting busier and he seemed to spend a lot of time with the receptionist, she felt a bit jealous but reassured herself that it was just work. She knew he loved her.

She wish that her double shoulder spica held her whole arms rather than just to the elbow as her arms were held so far away from her body that she couldn’t use them. The double shoulder spica doubled as a Minerva cast so she couldn’t move her head and she couldn’t talk as Dr Collins had fitted her with a medical gag and large palatial expanders but it was still better than being hooked up to a respirator, she just wondered what would happen when she had her baby.

Natalie was left waiting at the remedial centre when her friends came to join her for lunch, she told them she didn’t want to eat but they insisted she ate something, as she tried to eat she couldn’t see what she was doing and managed to get food all down her cast, screaming at her friends she didn’t even care how much she upset them, she didn’t care about anything anymore. She continued to yell and tell them she didn’t want to see them anymore, they looked shocked and refused to leave but they didn’t know what else to do, instead they decided to ring her mom.

Her mom turned up an hour later and Natalie was wheeled to the entrance on the college, she didn’t even look her mom in the eye as her mom told her how lucky she was to have such caring friends, Natalie lost her temper and screamed ‘Don’t ever call me f***ing lucky’ Her mom was shocked and decided that she couldn’t cope with Natalie like this, her boss had been sympathetic but she couldn’t keep leaving work early. She decided to take Natalie back to see Dr Collins, he would hopefully be able to help.

Brooke couldn’t help smiling as Dr Collins asked her if she would like to go out for lunch that day, she decided she would ask him for a long leg cast and hopefully he would apply it after work that day.

As she was busy typing up some notes into her computer she saw Natalie enter with her mom, the girl looked awful, Brooke couldn’t understand why, she would love to experience the immobilization that Natalie had. Her mom asked if Dr Collins was available and Brooke asked them to wait whilst she paged him.

Dr Collins came to see Natalie and her mom and smiled to himself, his plans were coming along great, not only was Brooke crying out to be casted but Natalie wasn’t complying with her treatment and he couldn’t wait to step it up a bit. He spoke to Natalie’s mom in private advising her that he could only treat Natalie if she complied although there was a form of treatment used for non compliant patients which was quite sever but had excellent results. He went on to explain that Natalie would remain in the cast she was in but her arms would be casted too, Natalie’s mom asked why and Dr Collins lied that by carrying out additional treatments would shock Natalie and she would become more accepting of her current situation and as soon as she started to respond more positively she would be able to return home and maybe even have the halo brace changed for a Minerva cast or a custom made neck brace. Natalie’s mom was sceptical, but knew she needed to act, she asked if she would be able to visit Natalie whilst she undertook the additional treatments but Dr Collins said no, Natalie will soon begin to wish that she was in college in her current cast and halo brace he assured her, Natalie’s mom was torn but decided to go with Dr Collins. As she signed the papers she was told Natalie would undergo radical therapy but she must remember that she was doing what was best for her daughter. She cried as she signed the last paper admitting her daughter to the facility for the next three days, she turned to leave and Dr Collins told her it was best that she left through the back exit as Natalie was to have no further contact with her for the next three days.

Dr Collins was ecstatic, he had Natalie to himself for the next three days and he also had Brooke. He was a lucky man. Returning to Natalie he told her that her mom would be returning for her sometime over the next few days (he purposely didn’t tell her when) and that due to her failure to comply with the treatment she would now begin phase two. Natalie started to scream as he wheeled her towards the treatment room, she was cussing and spiting but it was no use, she waved her arms and tried to hit out but she was restrained with thick leather straps that left her unable to move. As Dr Collins turned out the light he said he would be back to begin her treatment later that night and she should use this time to think about behaving herself or things would get worse. Locking the door behind him he left her alone in the dark.

Natalie screamed and howled but help but it was no use, she was trapped there.

Brooke enjoyed her dinner with Dr Collins and even felt a little drunk, she hadn’t noticed that Dr Collins had been topping up her wine glass yet drinking water himself. She felt giddy as she explained that she would love to have her leg encased in a long hot pink plaster cast and start to wear her neck brace more often. She giggled as Dr Collins kissed her neck, he asked if she would like to start her casting that afternoon, he had new patients coming tomorrow but he planned to sort out Natalie tonight and Britney and Jessica had Michael to care for them, he decided to strike now whilst Brooke was eating out of his hands, he smiled as she agreed to his plan.

Back at his office he told Brooke he was going to give her an injection that would make the casting process a bit more comfortable for her, she agreed not knowing that he was about to anesthetise her and as her eyes closed she couldn’t wait to wake up.

Stripping Brooke completely naked was a pleasure for Dr Collins, she had a fine body and he couldn’t wait to see it covered in hot pink fibreglass. He covered her body from the neck down in stockinet and cast padding and cast her legs leaving the toes uncovered, he continued up to the top of her thighs turning the cast into a double hip spica with her legs spread far apart. He inserted catheters so that she could still go to toilet and continued to cast up to the top of her large firm breasts, he moulded the cast so that her breasts were peeking out of the top of the casts but not on complete show, they looked amazing. He then placed four spreader bars on her legs, one at her ankles, one at the top of her thighs and two at her knees in an X position. He decided to cast her arms into two long arm thumb and finger spica casts and placed her neck into a very restrictive neck brace, this particular neck brace extended up the back of her head and fastened up around her forehead with a thick padded band. She looked amazing.

He placed her into a wheelchair and watched as she started to wake up.

Brooke opened her eyes, she automatically tried to move but couldn’t, then it all came back and she realised that Dr Collins had not only given her a long leg cast but immobilised most of her body and she loved it! She smiled at him, she was so turned on by the restriction on the cast, she asked how she would be able to continue her job but Dr Collins said she was now a patient here an would remain so for a couple of days whilst they figured out how long she wanted to remain in the cast, Michael could always take over her job. She was so turned on she couldn’t stop smiling and as Dr Collins kissed her cheek she hoped would get the chance to thank him properly. She was wheeled into the day room where Jessica was watching a film on the television and Britney remained lying down, Brooke smiled at them and wished she had some time on her own with Dr Collins, she wanted to go out publicking, she wanted everyone to see her in this cast. She decided she would ask Dr Collins to take her out that night.

Natalie saw the light go on as Dr Collins returned and before she could say anything a rubber gag ball was placed in her mouth and two thick black eye patches placed over her eyes leaving her trapped in the darkness unable to speak. She could tell that she was being wheeled somewhere but didn’t know, she felt her legs being wrapped in what she assumed was stockinet and she guessed that Dr Collins was extending the casts that had been down to her knees, they would now encase her whole legs. She felt her feet being turned inward at a really awkward angle and they hurt as they were tightly casted. She felt tugging and pulling and though maybe a spreader bar was being placed between her ankles. She felt her arms being unstrapped and she tried to hit out but it was no use, an injection in her neck left her limp and unable to control her arms. She felt large rubber balls being placed in the palms of her hands and her fists closing around them, he arms were then casted up to the very tops. They were then placed around her body and firmly strapped across her chest with bandages. She was unable to move at all, she felt tubes being inserted through the holes in the rubber gag in her mouth and she couldn’t stop drooling, it was constant as she couldn’t swallow. Large swabs were placed inside her nostrils meaning that she could only breathe through her mouth via the tubes and thick bandages were wrapped over the eye patches through the halo cast. She knew it would not get worse but then felt her hair being moved and heard snip snip snip from the scissors that were cutting it, she cried silently into her eye patches, she had loved her long hair. She felt her diaper being removed and a new one put in place, this one felt a lot bulkier and thicker. She heard Dr Collins tell her that he was sorry but until she learnt to behave she would remain like this, she immediately decide that she would comply, in fact she would have given anything to be in her old cast, even at college. She hoped this form of treatment would not last longer. She then felt something being put inside her ears and her thoughts stopped.

Dr Collins replaced a form of hearing aid inside each of her ears, this meant she would no longer be able to hear anything, he also administered a drug that would give Natalie hallucinations and make her unable to separate fact from fiction. He would leave her in this trance like state for one day then move onto stage three, this was actually a lot better for Natalie, it would involver her being strapped into a stryker frame and left whilst she was turned automatically. She would then go home with her mom the following day. The drugs meant that she would not really know what had happened to her yet deep down she would know not to mess with him. He laughed as he left her alone in the dark for the next day.

Checking in on his girls he spoke to Britney who looked fed up, the external fixation and complete traction was hard going and he told that it would get better and in a few days he would be able to remove some of the rods and cast parts of her body. She looked pleased.

He told Jessica that there was no new news, her body was healing as planned and he would look to reduce her arm casts, perhaps she would like to do some of Brookes paper work at the clinic now that Brooke had been accepted as a trialist for treatments. He told her that Brooke would periodically spend time on casts or braces to asses how they felt and for training purposes. Jessica looked pleased.

He went to Brooke and could see how turned on she was and proceeded to wheel her home, she loved it, he could see how much she loved everyone staring at her casts. He arrived at his house and placed her onto the bed, he propped her up with pillows and made love to her. She moaned as he expertly made love, he was her master and she knew that she would do anything for him. Her body tensed as he came and the rigidness of the casts meant she had had the best night of her life.
